DESIGN
Guthmann Construction collaborates with Tony Gray, AIA, of Graydesign Architecture, PA. for design services. Tony is a registered architect with more than 20 years of experience and has worked with Guthmann Construction over the last 15 years to develop many creative, award-winning solutions to meet our clients many needs. Our design process begins when you meet with us to communicate your needs. Whether your project is a completely new custom home, an addition, or renovation to your existing home, we will work together to develop a Design/Build proposal to outline the unique design/build process for your project as well as providing you with a construction cost target range to build the design.
As your project is designed, our Project Development Team will give input to the architect to make sure that your project can be constructed within your construction budget and within a reasonable, acceptable schedule. If your project warrants, specific design consultants, such as a Kitchen & Bath designer, Landscape Architect, or other consultants can be added to the design team. At the completion of the design phase of your project, a fixed price construction contract will be presented to you for your approval. As your project is constructed, Guthmann Construction continues to involve the architect during the construction process to insure that your plans and dreams become a reality.
