As a Design-Build firm, our integrated process of providing innovative design and superior craftsmanship is the most efficient and successful method for transforming any space. The seamless transition from concept to pricing to production enables us to stay true to the scope of work while avoiding additional job costs.

DISCOVERY

All projects begin with consultations between our owners and potential clients. Honest discussions about space solutions (finished attic, enlarged kitchen), scheduling projects (new baby, holiday parties), and determining budgets (selling the home, a long-term investment). Once the scope of work and the anticipated cost is approved, the Development Team begins the next phase.

DESIGN

Our award-winning architect, Tony L. Gray collaborates with homeowners renovating existing rooms and creating additional square footage. His design plans reflect his vision and innovative lifestyle solutions. Our designers offer clients guidance when choosing finishes, colors, and cost saving options. Comprehensive design plans and product selection allow for a firm budget before construction.

BUILD

Weekly meetings between homeowners and a dedicated project manager ensure clear communication on every job site. Our experienced, professional crews deliver extraordinary attention to detail and highly skilled craftsmanship. All subcontractors and county inspections are scheduled and supervised by our project managers. Before completion, Production Manager Rick Haase plans a final walk through with our clients and confirms all punch list items are complete. We have the renovated areas professionally cleaned after our crews finish the project to the homeowners’ satisfaction.
