- Guthmann Construction LLC. is a Bonded & Insured General Contracting Firm which maintains an “Unlimited License” for Residential and Commercial projects as great as $1 Million +.
- Guthmann Construction has partnered with Tony L. Gray, AIA, of GrayDesign to provide Design and Development expertise for our Design/Build company.
- Guthmann Construction is a NC Lead-Safe EPA Certified Renovator. We are trained and certified to test for, remove, renovate, and repair projects which show evidences of Lead based paint.
- Guthmann Construction has been an active member of the Greater Charlotte -NARI (National Association of Remodeling Industry) since the Local Chapter organized in 1997.
- GCLLC has maintained active membership with NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) since 1991.
- Our President, Rich Guthmann is a member of the Remodelers Council with the NAHB of Charlotte.
