Guthmann Construction, Inc., a Residential Design /Build Construction Company has served the greater Charlotte area for more that 15 years. GCI holds an Unlimited License from the state of North Carolina and has provided homeowners with projects ranging in size and scope from a small bathroom up-fit to a whole house renovation. Gray, Architect, GCI offers homeowners the valuable benefit of a Design/Build team seamlessly working together to ensure that your project is coordinated with maximum care and control. Every project is supervised by one of our experienced project managers to ensure quality control and excellence from start to finish.

 

The Guthmann Construction Design/Build Process will effectively take your concept to the design table, guide you toward your selection process, estimate your project’s cost, and then move your plans into production. Having the GCI Design/Build team together, enables singular and total responsibility of design and production coordination.

  • Guthmann Construction has been an active member of the Charlotte -NARI (National Association of Remodeling Industry) since the Local Chapter organized in 1997.
  • GCI has maintained active membership with NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) since 1991.
  • We have 2 General Contractors licensed in NC and SC on our Staff .
  • We have partnered with an AIA Architect who is licensed in NC/SC, who will provide Design / Development skill and expertise for our Design / Build Company.
